Automation for Chocolate

Pull Nose Treadmill

Separate and direct the rows of products to the packer.
This is a canvas conveyor belt, which has two movements at its exit end:

  • It tilts downwards, so that in its lower position it unloads the rows of tablets onto the collecting conveyor. When in its top position, it delivers the rows to the subsequent station.
  • Backtracking, so as to evenly unload the rows, touching the tablet tips first and backtracking until the whole tablet is in contact with the collecting conveyor.

In Line" Synchronization Conveyor

Organize, sort and synchronize the products and place them neatly in the packer.
Set of a certain number of canvas conveyor belts. In general, the first conveyors do the collating, sending the products to the next conveyors in a continuous and uniform flow, so that the last conveyor performs the spacing between the products and delivers them synchronously to the pushers of the packer’s infeed chain.

Drop Station Treadmill

Separate and direct the rows of products to the packer. Similar to the pull nose conveyor described above, the system has a conveyor with only a tilting movement, which allows the delivery of the rows to a conveyor just below, the Drop Station, itself, with intermittent and synchronized movement for delivery to the collection conveyor at the given moment.
Depending on the need it can have recoil movement of the output end.

Row Aligner

Align the products in the same row. A device installed on a conveyor belt of chocolate bars and that has a ruler that approaches this conveyor belt and aligns the bars in the same rows.
