Automation solutions for packaging machines and packaging lines

Bread Automation

Drop Station Treadmill

Separate and direct the rows of products to the packer. Similar to the pull nose conveyor described above, the system has a conveyor with only a tilting movement, which allows the delivery of the rows to a conveyor just below, the Drop Station, itself, with an intermittent and synchronized movement for delivery to the collection conveyor at the given moment.
Depending on the need it can have recoil movement of the output end.

The Drop Station conveyor unloads onto a collecting conveyor, which then transfers the rows of loaves to an accumulating conveyor, which takes them to the slicer that delivers the loaves, already cut, directly onto the packaging machine’s feeding table.

Pull Nose Treadmill

Separate and direct the rows of products to the packer. This is a canvas conveyor belt, which has two movements at its exit end:

  • It tilts downwards, so that in its lower position it unloads the rows of products onto the collecting conveyor. When in its top position, it delivers the rows to the subsequent station.
  • Recoil, in order to unload the rows evenly, touching the ends of the products first and recoiling until all of them are in contact with the collecting conveyor.

Row Aligner

Align the products in the same row.
A device installed on a product conveyor belt and which has a ruler that approaches
from this conveyor belt and aligns the products from the same rows.
