Automation solutions for packaging machines and packaging lines
Separate the cookie stream into separate rows by guides. Channeling is done from cooling, making the cookies slide down a ramped plate, poured directly onto a conveyor belt between guides.
Direct the cookie packs to the secondary packaging equipment. Motorized, chain-driven device with top pushers that transfers a quantity of packages to the position at 90° from their receipt.
Separate the portion of cookies to be packed and direct it neatly into the packer.
1.CGE Electronic Loader: Suitable for larger portions and packaging in tubes. It separates the portions of cookies coming directly from the vibrating chutes and places them on the feeder table of the packer, neatly and without damaging the cookies.
2. CCGE Continuous Loader: Suitable for stacked cookie portions. It takes the cookies from the vibrating chutes individually or in piles depending on the need and the type of product, and places them directly on the pins of the packer’s feed chain.
Purpose: Transportation of the packages of cookies They are modular plastic conveyor belts that take the primary packages from the exit of the packaging machine and forward them to the position where they will be grouped for secondary packaging.
Group the stacked cookies together. Once piped, the cookies can be stacked using two types of systems:
1. By running the cookies through successive conveyor belts at decreasing speeds, so that the cookies are grouped and partially stacked, with the cookies having one part resting on the cookie in front of them.
2. By dropping the cookies directly onto a “star” shaped rotating device and being dropped stacked onto a slow speed conveyor belt placed next.
Transport the cookie stream to the loader/portioner.
It is a system of metal channels with a specific shape for each type of cookie format, in order to receive and keep the cookies stacked, with constant flow and at the correct pressure to feed the loaders/portioners placed ahead.
Separate the packet flow into multiple rows. Conveyor belt with braking and guiding systems that distributes the packages in the appropriate number of rows for the secondary packaging need or for the system that follows.
